Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy (OVCA) is actively enrolling students for a new Transitional First (T-1) program launching in August. The personalized program is designed to address the needs of students who are not ready to move forward with the tasks and speed required by first grade curriculum and have been recommended for kindergarten retention.

Kesinu Ehimika, a fifth grader, claimed the top prize in the elementary school division, while older sister Ayiba Ehimika, an eighth grader, won the middle school division.
