Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy (OVCA) is a tuition-free, full-time online public charter school serving students in grades K–12 statewide. OVCA is authorized by the Statewide Charter School Board and accredited by the Oklahoma State Department of Education and Cognia. OVCA began in 2011 as one of Oklahoma’s very first virtual charters.
