Lori North is a 2010 East Central University graduate. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as certifications in Elementary Education and Special Education. She has been married for almost 12 years and has two amazing children. Lori taught 4th and 5th grade Special Education at Okemah Upper Elementary for two years. After that, she decided to take some time to stay home with her children. She began working for OVCA in October 2015 teaching 4th grade. |

![]() Amy Conder began her teaching career in 1996 after graduating from Calvin College in Michigan with a B.A. in Elementary Education. In 2002, she received an M.S. in Education from Cal State Hayward. She has taught in both elementary and middle schools in California for 14 years, and had worked as a school librarian and college guidance counselor. She is currently the Gifted/Talented teacher for OVCA. |

Tonya Farris is the 6th grade Special Education math teacher. She graduated from OSU with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. She loves spending time with her husband, family and friends as well as her grandchildren. She has two sons. The family likes to go to go to the lake and fish, swim and go camping. |
Belva York earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology (2004) from Oklahoma Panhandle State University. She has her Master’s Degree in Diplomacy: International Conflict Management (2008) from Norwich University (Where ROTC started in our Nation!). She has earned her Doctoral Degree from Southwestern College in Education with an emphasis in Teacher Leadership (2015). She has spoken at the American Counseling Associations Annual Conference in 2015, twice at Master Teacher Conferences, and twice at state Suicide Prevention Conferences. She also teaches Business online for Southwestern Christian University. |

Jesse White has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He is certified to teach Computer Science and Advanced Mathematics. He has taught Audio Engineering, C++ Programming, Computer Science, Digital Arts I, Digital Arts II, Geometry, Image Design and Editing, and Web Design. |

Kelly Cook is a 1984 graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a B.S. degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education. She earned her Masters of Special Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2000. She holds certification in the following areas; Special Education K-12, Elementary Education 1-8; Learning Disability N-12, Mentally Handicapped N-12, Mild-Moderate Disabilities PK-12, Sever-Profound/Multiple Disabilities PK-12. She taught in brick and mortar for 21 years before joining OVCA in 2016 where she is a High School Special Education Teacher. |

Tracie Grunewald received her Bachelor’s degree from NWOSU in 1991 and a Juris Doctorate from OU in 1997. She received her OSDE certification to teach mid-level Mathematics, intermediate Mathematics, mid-level English, and mid-level Social Studies in 2007. She later added high school English, Journalism, and Mild-to-Moderate Disabilities - Special Education. She has taught at Guymon High School, Texhoma High School, and Woodward Middle School. Tracie currently teaches geometry. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and granddaughter. Her hobbies include cheering on her son, Kasey, in his senior year sports and FFA activities, gardening, painting, and anything with granddaughter, Maci. Tracie is an avid photographer. She and her husband raise cattle and farm. |
