Her professional roots started in the customer service industry where she developed a passion for helping others and problem solving with 14 years of experience. Eleven of those years have been spent in the manager role. This allowed her to not only assist in the customer experience, but also to grow staff and create lifelong connections with people. Amy and her supportive husband started their journey as high school sweethearts in 2003. Amy is very proud of their family and spent the last 3 years as a stay at home mom to two amazing kiddos.
