Head of School
Audra Plummer is beginning her 11th year with OVCA/ISOK. She has been with the schools since 2009. She began her online teaching career, as an OVCA teacher assigned to families with three or more students with one learning coach. Mrs. Plummer as served as Master Lead, Elementary Principal, Interim Principal at ISOK, Deputy Head of Schools and is currently OVCA Head of School. Prior to working at OVCA/ISOK, Mrs. Plummer taught in public schools for 14 years in the Norman Public Schools. She has a Master's Degree in Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum from the University of Oklahoma. In 2004, Mrs. Plummer earned National Board Teacher Certification.
Celeste Claggett is in her third year as the elementary principal and joined OVCA in 2011. Prior to teaching at OVCA, she taught 3rd grade in Norman Public Schools. Celeste earned her BS in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and her Elementary Education degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Erin Goodridge is the interim middle school principal at OVCA. She previously served as middle school assistant principal, lead teacher, and music and art teacher. She joined the K12 team in 2014, and has been teaching for 17 years. Erin holds a B.S. in Music Education, a B.A. in Music with a flute performance concentration, as well as her M.M.Ed. from Lebanon Valley College. She holds certificates in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, as well as in General, Instrumental, and Choral Music K-12. She has taught elementary and middle school band, choir, and orchestral ensembles. She is also certified in art, and has taught elementary and middle school art for 10 years.
Allison Miller is the high school principal and OVCA in 2012. She's previously served as high school master lead teacher and taught all levels of math from pre-algebra to calculus. Allison earned a BS in mathematics education from the University of Central Oklahoma, a master's degree in mathematics education from Northeastern State University, an administration certification from Northeastern State University, and is currently working on her doctorate in K-12 School Administration from Grand Canyon University, with an anticipated graduation date of 2020. She is certified in 6th-12th grade mathematics, special education, and school administration.
Cady Looper is the Regional Engagement Principal. Cady graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2004 with a bachelors in Elementary Education. She joined OVCA in 2010 and taught elementary for 5 years before transitioning to lead the FAST team in 2015. This school year will be her 15th year in education and 9th year at OVCA. Cady lives in OKC with her husband and two little girls.
Deborah Mackey is the School Communications Administrator. She joined the K12 Oklahoma team in 2012. She brings more than 20 years of experience in education and earned her degree in Business Administration from Rogers State University. She has served as an Academic Advisor, Student Activities Facilitator, and Mentor at high school and college levels.
Ryan McDonald is the School Data and Accountability Manager. He joined the team in September 2014, and became the Enrollment Coordinator and Office Manager in September of 2015. Ryan earned his BS in Psychology, with a Minor in Philosophy, from Oklahoma State University in December of 2009. Previously, Ryan collected workplace injury and illness data for the Oklahoma Dept. of Labor and also worked on the 2010 US Census.
