Board of Directors

Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy (OVCA) is governed by a Board comprised of community leaders. The OVCA Board is currently comprised of five Oklahoma residents:

Terry Hopper, serves as the President (3-year term ending June 2022)

Dr. Frank Nelson, serves as the Vice-President (2-year term ending June 2020)

Carla Maloy, serves as Secretary (3-year term ending June 2021)

Bryoney Blakley, serves as Member (1-year term, ending June 2020)

David McNeese, serves as Member (3-year term, ending June 2022)
