Please submit any outstanding documents via Parent Portal. Email and fax submission for documents is currently unavailable.
Please note that your kindergartener must be five years old by September 1 of the upcoming school year in order to enroll.
Students entering high school may not be older than 21 by September 1 of the enrolling year.
Steps to Enroll
Enrolling your student is important—but it shouldn't be difficult. We've designed our enrollment process to provide you with the tools, resources and guidance you'll need, any time you need it. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser when completing the following steps.

1. Create an Account
The Parent Portal provides on-demand access to our online Application and Admissions Process, real-time alerts to help you stay on track, and quick links to important info.
2. Receive Preliminary Approval Within 24 Hours
3. Complete the Admissions Process
To remain enrolled, you'll need to submit up to four required documents within three weeks of your approval date.
- Birth Certificate—Birth certificates are required for students entering public school for the first time. We will accept birth certificates or other legal proof of birth date.
- Home Language Survey—This survey can be found in the parent portal once you log in.
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residence
These and other requested documents will be accessible in your parent portal account.
4. Complete Any Next Steps
All prospective families will participate in a pre-approval telephone conference with a member of your dedicated enrollment consultant team. You may also have additional pre-approval actions depending on your student's individual situation. If this applies to you, you'll be notified and instructed how to complete them.
Graduation day may be far from your mind as you think about enrolling. Take a minute to imagine that milestone and help us celebrate K12-powered 2020 graduates at their virtual graduation.
